Crystal has successfully been practicing acupuncture for 17 years. Crystal’s dedication to her patients, continual thirst for learning and research, has established her as one of Sudbury’s most requested acupuncturist. After attending a Massage Therapy course on Scholarship, Crystal’s tenacity awarded her to attain her acupuncture training in Beijing, China and to study under TCM Chinese Masters. This opportunity bestowed to Crystal an chance to practice acupuncture in various hospital settings. She excels at treating various conditions and is a leader in her field. Her confidence and compassion towards her patients has restored many to an organic whole. Crystal, is also a fitness instructor for GoodLife Fitness in Sudbury. Her passion for health, lifestyle fitness and knowledge from all her trainings, greatly assists Crystal to utilize all her skills and assists all patients to achieve a better quality of life. Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine are a time tested, holistic approach to obtaining whole-body wellness, addressing your health concerns, and preventing disease. Crystal, will take a detailed health history, perform a physical exam, and discuss the relationship between lifestyle, nutrition, and exercise, and your overall health.

A thorough inspection of the tongue and pulse are diagnostic tools that are unique to Traditional Chine Medicine. With this information, Crystal will provide you with detailed diagnosis and treatment plan.

Furthermore, Crystal will discuss the types of treatments and therapies you will receive, the underlying causes of the imbalances, and a time line of care.

The initial consultation and acupuncture treatment can take as long as 90 minutes.

Follow up treatments can take between 30-60 minutes. Be sure to discuss any questions or concerns you may have with your practitioner.
